PHILIP LANCE SPIEGEL

PLEASE_HeaderWix1.png

Phil, a 3rd-generation native San Franciscan, is a graduate of Saint Ignatius College Preparatory and The University of San Francisco’s McClaren School of Business. He has spent his entire life adult life leveraging high level connections while working in one of the largest hospitality destinations in the world, San Francisco.

His humble career in hospitality and business management began with ownership in his very first Round Table Pizza franchise in his early 20's. That singular franchise grew to a total of four, all of which gave him a unique insight into the marriage between hospitality and real estate and set him on current path.

Taking the lessons learned as multi-location restaurant owner, Phil then had a vision to design a business plan, create an infrastructure, and execute all gameday concession operations for The University of San Francisco. That would set the seeds for what would eventually drive his corporate career.

Phil went on to become the key architect and driving force behind Clint Reilly's Merchants Exchange Productions, San Francisco's preeminent hospitality company, spending over a decade building, expanding and overseeing all sales and daily business operations for the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom, the Merchants Exchange Club, and Credo Restaurant.

Please Management is Phil's latest creation and the next step in his evolution, a visionary company that will design a plan and create an infrastructure to manage your building's underutilized spaces to build revenue streams and create a truly unique destination experience.
